Roxana Khoshsokhan is a Toronto-based artist and illustrator whose work merges bold color, expressive acrylic painting, and storytelling. Trained in Italy with a Master’s in Car Design and Mobility from Domus Academy in Milan and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Design from La Sapienza University in Rome, she brings a unique design sensibility to contemporary art.

Central to her practice is Beerox, an original character born from her daydreams. Playful yet profound, Beerox embodies Roxana’s “pro-imperfectionist” philosophy and reflects her own experience navigating in-between worlds—both insider and outsider—while inviting viewers to reconnect with curiosity and imagination.

Roxana’s work has been exhibited at Mill Pond Gallery, the Richmond Hill Performing Arts Centre, and RAW Artist showcases in Toronto and Montreal, as well as in juried and pop-up exhibitions. She won the Ruthe Caverley Rabinowitch Award at the Richmond Hill Group of Artists’ 47th Juried Exhibition for her piece Simcoe Beach. Through her art, Roxana explores identity, playfulness, and the beauty of imperfection, creating work that resonates across audiences and contexts.
